By TOM WROBLESKI - Staten Island Advance GOP congressional candidate Dr. Jamshad Wyne yesterday slammed the city Health and Hospitals Corp. for not providing enough services on Staten Island.
"We are the only borough without an HHC acute care facility or emergency room," said Dr. Wyne, a physician from Todt Hill. "This leaves Staten Island with a huge deficit of necessary healthcare resources."
